EconoShirts – Custom Apparel Printing

At EconoShirts, every item we produce is custom-made to your order using embroidery, screen printing, or DTF transfers. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept general returns or offer refunds once production has begun. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will work with you to resolve any issues.

1. Order Approval & Responsibility

Artwork & Mock-Ups: Customers are required to approve all digital proofs/mock-ups before production. Once approved, EconoShirts is not responsible for errors in spelling, size, placement, or design.
Garment Selection: Customers are responsible for selecting garment styles, colors, and sizes. Sizing charts are available upon request.
Customer-Supplied Items: If you supply your own garments or materials, they are printed at your own risk. We do not replace or reimburse customer-supplied goods in the event of damage.

2. Refunds & Returns

All Sales Are Final: Since each order is custom made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

3. Shipping Issues

Damage in Transit: EconoShirts is not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by carriers. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
